Please take note: Most of our homes lease for a minimum of one year. We have simple qualifications, such as good credit, no outstanding debts to landlords/utility companies, a good rental history, as well as a verifiable gross household income that would meet or exceed 3 times the monthly rent.
Once your application is accepted, the full security deposit must be paid within 24 hours. This holds your new home for 14 days, giving you the chance to move in at your convenience. The rent begins the day that you sign the lease and receive the house keys – and we only release the keys after the rental agreement is signed by both parties.
Pets are accepted on some properties, although you may encounter specific requirements about the size, type or number of pets. A pet deposit is needed for each pet, which varies, but starts at $250. Of course, these restrictions will not apply to service animals.As a full-service management company, we’re your first point of contact when you need service or repairs.
We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week – even on holidays! Applications are accepted from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday at offices located at 2500 North Buffalo Dr., Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89128.
You can also fax in your application to 702-367-2329. Remember that all applications will need to be accompanied with a copy of your rental application, legal identification, paystubs, bank statements, reference letter from your previous landlord, and application fees.
