I also would like to sincerely thank Tierra who helped us place very professional and credible tenants for the last 5 years. She is extremely professional at what she does and very prompt at getting back to you with all your questions and concerns. Both times she rented my place quickly and hassle free. She is simply awesome at was she does.
Also, Triumph maintenance team is very quick in responding to tenant’s requests and resolving issues. I have had 2 other property management for the last 10 years but none of them were as professional and caring as Triumph. If you like to rent your property, I would really recommend you try Triumph!

My wife Hazel and I just wanted to thank Kait Brady, Maintenance Coordinator , with Meridian Property Services u so so much for the quick service in ensuring we get our air condition looked at and fixed immediately.
